A large dining table that seats eight stands at attention in the center of the room to accommodate family meals or games on rainy afternoons. Just off the great room is the large bar with built-in coolers, wet bar, dishwasher, and mirrored shelves complete with a variety of glassware. Its dark textured paneling is reminiscent of the pubs of England and Ireland. A full new, large, eat in gourmet kitchen wing has been added just off the butler pantry next to the hallway that leads to the upstairs bedrooms and baths.

The kitchen sports a double convection oven, five-burner cook top and overhead microwave. The double sink sits just next to a high-end dishwasher. There are exquisite granite countertops throughout. The cupboards are stocked with sixteen place settings of dinner and glassware as well as a full set of cookware and utensils. There is also a convenient easy passthrough to the bar. Double washer and dryer are in the kitchen for all that vacation laundry.

 

The upstairs host a master queen bedroom with ensuite bath. Four additional full bed sleeping rooms line the hallway just across from a full bath, separate shower room and powder room. An impressive Grecian swimming pool is there for you just outside the door for those long hot summer days. When you rent this property, six acres of manicured lawns and gardens are available for your use. This property does not serve breakfast.
